How do I take HALO oral supplements?

There are glands under your tongue called sublingual glands which help to more quickly and efficiently absorb the supplement into your bloodstream. If the taste is too strong, mix one full pump into a glass of water or juice.

Can I take other prescription medication while taking HALO oral supplements?

We recommend that you check with your doctor before starting any new supplements if you are using any prescription medication for sleep. HALO oral supplements are not known to react with other pharmaceutical medications, we recommend you just take them apart from one another. HALO oral supplements are safe, pose no short-term or long-term health risks and are not addictive or habit-forming.
Can I take HALO oral supplements while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Some of our formulas contain natural adaptogens, which are not advised for pregnant women or while breast feeding. We would recommend checking with your doctor before using HALO or any other supplements.
Are HALO supplements suitable for children?

Although the HALO oral supplements use natural herbal botanical extracts there is no clinical or safety data on these ingredients for children. We recommend that you check with your doctor before starting any new supplements on children under the age of 12.

Yes! As per our contracted CGMP manufacturing plan, before formulation, each raw ingredient in the HALO oral supplement range is inspected to ensure that they are non-GMO, vegan and gluten-free.
What is the shelf life?

Unopened, the shelf life of HALO oral supplements is 2 years. Once opened, we recommend using within 6 months. Store in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight.
